Shipping, Exchange & Returns

1. Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days all over Egypt.

2. Return Policy (On the Spot)

• Check while the courier is there: We highly recommend checking your order while the courier is at your door.

• Instant Returns: If you decide not to keep the order, you can return it immediately with the courier.

• Shipping Fees: In case of an instant return (change of mind), the shipping fees must be paid to the courier as it is a service provided by the shipping company.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order 

• Condition: Items must be in their original perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

• Process: To request an exchange, please contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

• Note: Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.

4. Manufacturing Defects

• If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, AYDEN will bear the full cost of shipping for the exchange or return. You won’t pay a single pound.
